The entire GlobeMed at Columbia Chapter (almost) at our fall retreat. Spending the day together was an awesome way to start the year. And yes, we all happen to be very good looking.
The GROW team in Gulu, Uganda during the summer of 2010. They got to meet the families that received goats from GWED-G's and GlobeMed at Columbia's partnership project during the 2009-2010 school year.
Co-presidents Livy Low and Liza Plafsky introduce the last task for their chapter to complete at the GlobeMed at Columbia's fall retreat: to eat a raw pumpkin pie. Chapter members worked together to finish the entire pie (and even had to lick the pan clean). It is a incredibly unappetizing memory that none of us will forget.
Chapter members and their guests at the annual benefit dinner, the GlobeMed Gala. We shared delicious food and got to show our friends how GlobeMed at Columbia gets down and stays classy.
In celebration of World Day of Social Justice, GlobeMed at Columbia held an open mic at a coffee house on campus. Talented members, their friends, and proponents of social justice performed songs and spent the afternoon in good company.
